1. Your Booking
The party leader must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking. Your booking is made as a consumer and you agree that no liability can be accepted by Tredidon Holidays for any expenses, cost, losses, claims or other sums of any description which relate to any business, howsoever incurred or suffered by you. When Tredidon Holidays issues a written confirmation this denotes that Tredidon Holidays as entered into a contract with you. Please check the details, and let Tredidon Holidays know if anything is incorrect.
2. Paying For your Property
When you book your property you should send the deposit amount of 50% then due by cheque, together with a completed booking form to. Tredidon Holidays providing the booking can be confirmed Tredidon Holidays will then issue a written confirmation showing your booking details and the balance of your total holiday cost, which must be received by no Tredidon Holidays later than 8 weeks before your arrival date. However if you book lees than 8 weeks before the arrival date, payment of your total holiday cost is due straight away. All prices quoted to you include all booking fees, charges, If any payment you make is not honoured for any reason, Tredidon Holidays is entitled to make an administration charge of £30.
3. Cancellation or Changes to your booking by Tredidon Holidays
It is not expected to have to make any changes to your booking, but if this does happen the party leader will be contacted as soon as is reasonably practicable, to explain the cancellation or change. If possible a refund may be offered.
4. Circumstances beyond the control of Tredidon Holidays
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these conditions, Tredidon Holidays shall not be liable for any change, cancellation, effect on your holiday, loss or damage suffered by you, which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) beyond the reasonable control of. Tredidon Holidays circumstances include, but are not limited to, fire, flood, exceptional weather conditions, epidemics or destruction to the property by any cause and all similar situations. No compensation, expenses, costs or any other sums will be payable in such circumstances.
5. Website Details
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the website and prices at the time of design, errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore check all details of your chosen property and prices with Tredidon Holidays at the time of booking.
6. Liability
Tredidon Holidays shall have no liability for any death or personal injury unless, in the case this results from negligence of Tredidon Holidays. You must take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property. No liability is accepted by Tredidon Holidays in respect of damage to, or loss of, such personal property except where the damage is caused by negligence of Tredidon Holidays
7. If you change or cancel your booking
i) Changes - if you want to change your booking once your confirmation has been issued an administration fee of £30 will be payable to Tredidon Holidays
ii) Cancellations. If you wish to cancel your booking, the party leader must notify Tredidon Holidays as soon as possible, and confirm by writing.

8. Your property
You are responsible for actual costs of any breakage or damage in or to the property. Tredidon Holidays is entitled at their discretion to refuse to handover, or to repossess, the property (including fixtures fittings & furnishings) if Tredidon Holidays reasonably believes that any damage is likely to be caused by the members of the holiday party. Such circumstances will be treated as a cancellation by you. No refund of monies you have paid in respect of your booking will be made. You must not allow more people than the brochure states to occupy the property, nor can you take any pet into the property. If these circumstances rise, Tredidon Holidays is entitled to treat this as a cancellation by you. No refund of monies you have paid in respect of your booking will be made.
9. Complaints
Every effort has been made to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday. If, however, you have any cause for complaint, please contact the owners as soon as possible. You must put your complaint in writing within 30 days of leaving your holiday if the issue is not resolved during your stay.
10. Your Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained within these conditions.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE
You can arrive at your property after 3.00pm on the start date of your holiday, and you must leave by 10am on the last day. Please notify Tredidon Holidays if you plan to arrive after 5pm on the start date.
FUEL CHARGES
All electricity, is included in your holiday cost, apart from the Granary barn which has a £1coin meter
PETS
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets, with the exception of guide dogs
LINEN
Bed linen is supplied, and beds will be made up before you arrive.
TOWELS
Towels, and tea towels are provided. We do not provide beach towels.
VISITORS WITH SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Please notify us at the time of booking of any special requirements and we will do our utmost to fulfil these.
CLEANING
Tredidon Holidays is cleaned thoroughly between holidays. We ask visitors to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and tidiness in that which it is found. Smoking is not permitted in the property.
